Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the internal IT support function, including device setup and troubleshooting
• Implement and scale internal support tools to streamline IT requests and automate workflows
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to manage systems with a focus on access control and secure automation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT support or operations experience in a fast-paced startup environment
• Proven experience administering Okta and Google Workspace
• Strong knowledge of device management tools and collaboration platforms
• Experience implementing and maintaining IT support tools
• Ability to build automations and improve support efficiency
