Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on IT support or operations experience in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proven experience administering Okta and Google Workspace
- Strong knowledge of device management tools and collaboration platforms
- Experience implementing and maintaining IT support tools
- Ability to build automations and improve support efficiency
