A company is looking for a Hitch Sales Agent - Part Time Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers through inbound calls, providing excellent service and support
- Follow defined guidelines and scripts to facilitate the reservation process
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer needs
Required Qualifications
- One year of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment
- Completion of a job-related assessment is required for consideration
- Basic knowledge of towing, hitches, and brake controllers
- Ability to work 20+ hours per week, including at least 4 days
- Must have a personal home computer that meets specified technical requirements
