Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hitch Sales Agent - Part Time Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers through inbound calls, providing excellent service and support
• Follow defined guidelines and scripts to facilitate the reservation process
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer needs

Required Qualifications

• One year of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment
• Completion of a job-related assessment is required for consideration
• Basic knowledge of towing, hitches, and brake controllers
• Ability to work 20+ hours per week, including at least 4 days
• Must have a personal home computer that meets specified technical requirements
