A company is looking for a Hotel Manager to develop and update course content in hospitality education.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and create course outlines based on new textbook content
- Assess existing courses and author new content where gaps exist
- Collaborate with the instructional design team to ensure content accuracy and alignment with the new textbook
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or hotel management, or an associate's degree with at least 8 years of industry experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong math and bookkeeping skills
- Experience in content development and educational material creation
- Ability to work with virtual teams and answer content-related queries
