IAM Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IAM Director who will oversee the strategic development, implementation, and governance of the IAM program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Identity and Access Management program, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and industry standards
• Oversee IAM operations, manage IAM technology, and lead projects related to cloud IAM and zero-trust architecture
• Manage a team of IAM professionals, fostering a culture of security awareness and collaboration across departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree or advanced certifications preferred
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or Certified Identity Governance Expert (CIGE) are highly desirable
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in information security or IAM, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience implementing IAM solutions in a financial services or regulated environment
• Familiarity with banking operations, regulatory compliance, and financial technologies
