Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of IT Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery model for the enterprise technology stack
• Lead a cross-functional team to drive automation, AI enablement, and system optimization
• Oversee the development of intelligent workflows and ensure scalable data and reporting infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in technology or transformation leadership roles
• 3+ years in a VP-level position or equivalent scope of ownership
• Deep familiarity with internal platform management, particularly Salesforce
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred
