Identity Governance Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Identity Governance Administration Operations Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for the IGA solution and ensure reliability and availability
• Implement and manage incident, service request, change, and problem management processes
• Maintain system configurations, process documentation, and serve as an on-call resource for incident response

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Relevant technical or security certification (e.g., CompTia Security+, CIGE, CISSP)
• Three years of experience in identity management and governance products
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, PowerShell, and SQL scripting
• Prior experience administering Saviynt IGA solutions is preferred
