Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of IT and network services, ensuring service standards and performance are met
- Oversee cross-functional technical teams to fulfill project and service delivery requirements
- Manage service requests and incident escalations using agile methodologies, ensuring transparency with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- BS degree with 8-10 years, MS with 6-8 years, or PhD with 3-5 years of relevant experience
- 3-5+ years of experience managing IT service delivery or infrastructure/network project teams
- Strong knowledge of ITIL service lifecycle and agile delivery methodologies
- Proven experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and multi-team coordination
- U.S. Citizenship required
