Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote LTC Pharmacy Adjudication Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with communities regarding expensive, non-formulary, and incomplete medication orders
- Coordinate Medicare D claims adjudication and assist with data entry and customer account management
- Act as a liaison between patients, community staff, and third parties to resolve claim issues
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Pharmacy Technician License and/or Certification (CPhT) as per State requirements
- Minimum one year of data entry experience
- General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology
