Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a team of Customer Service Associates, ensuring performance meets or exceeds KPIs
- Coach, motivate, and appraise team members while enforcing organizational policies and recommending operational improvements
- Monitor staff performance and participate in hiring decisions and performance appraisals as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of previous related experience in a fast-paced leadership role
- Experience in a call center environment preferred
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Flexible with scheduling to accommodate a 24x7 work environment
- Good attendance record and performance metrics within the last 90 days
