A company is looking for a Remote Retail Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of a team of Customer Service Associates, ensuring performance meets or exceeds KPIs
  • Coach, motivate, and appraise team members while enforcing organizational policies and recommending operational improvements
  • Monitor staff performance and participate in hiring decisions and performance appraisals as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous related experience in a fast-paced leadership role
  • Experience in a call center environment preferred
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Flexible with scheduling to accommodate a 24x7 work environment
  • Good attendance record and performance metrics within the last 90 days
