Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee client project execution and ensure alignment with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the operational lead on assigned delivery projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and resource requirements
• Maintain risk and issue registers, escalate blockers, and drive resolutions with urgency
• Lead delivery meetings with customers and internal teams to track milestones and provide status updates

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated success managing delivery of technical or infrastructure projects, particularly in on-prem environments
• Working knowledge of VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, disaster recovery, and networked storage
• Strong project governance skills including milestone tracking and risk escalation
• Experience using service or project management tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Asana, Jira)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams); bonus if familiar with ConnectWise or similar tools
