Key Responsibilities
- Develops or amends Operational Specification Documents to define client requirements
- Interfaces with internal departments to complete database setup and communicate study needs
- Mentors and trains new team members while providing status updates on project setups
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with three years of central laboratory or clinical experience, or an Associate's degree with 5-6 years of relevant experience
- At least 2 years of experience in study setup or project management
- Experience in customer service and strong organizational skills
- Ability to comprehend project-specific budgets and manage related tasks
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be accepted
