Job Summary
A company is looking for a Costco Program Manager to oversee and enhance their partnership with Costco through strategic program development and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Costco escalations process and ensure alignment with operational requirements
- Serve as the main point of contact for Costco's Leadership teams and manage communication
- Develop and implement reporting structures on key program metrics and conduct performance reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, preferably in retail or wholesale environments
- Proven track record of successful project management and execution
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
