Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Manager - Facets and Non-Facets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end implementation process for clients, including client meetings and decision-making guidance
- Collaborate with the Sales Team during the RFP process to understand client needs and convey implementation feasibility
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and communicate ongoing implementation status to clients and partners
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in benefits management products preferred
- 3+ years of account management or client interaction experience required
- 3+ years of project management experience required; PMP/Six Sigma certification is a plus
- Proficiency in software applications including Salesforce, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
