Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to oversee the onboarding of health plan and health system partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional collaboration to ensure a smooth partner onboarding experience
• Develop and execute comprehensive implementation project plans from discovery to post-launch support
• Utilize data to track performance, communicate project status, and implement process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management, implementation, client services, or operations in healthcare services or management consulting
• Experience leading matrixed teams through complex projects
• Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and work with minimal oversight
• Strategic thinker with knowledge of member services across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial lines of business
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, or Clickup is a plus
