Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Health Plan Implementation Project Manager to lead new client onboarding and ensure a seamless transition into health plan administration services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the implementation of new clients for health plan administration services and solutions
  • Serve as the primary client and broker contact during the implementation process, coordinating necessary steps and timelines
  • Address and resolve issues related to eligibility data and claims processing during the implementation


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline
  • 3+ years of project management or software implementation experience
  • Previous experience working directly with clients or brokers is strongly preferred
  • Experience in health plan insurance, benefits administration, and/or third-party administrators is preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with project management tools
