Job Summary
A company is looking for a Group Health Plan Implementation Project Manager to lead new client onboarding and ensure a seamless transition into health plan administration services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of new clients for health plan administration services and solutions
- Serve as the primary client and broker contact during the implementation process, coordinating necessary steps and timelines
- Address and resolve issues related to eligibility data and claims processing during the implementation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline
- 3+ years of project management or software implementation experience
- Previous experience working directly with clients or brokers is strongly preferred
- Experience in health plan insurance, benefits administration, and/or third-party administrators is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with project management tools
