A company is looking for a Junior Project Manager and Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage requirements timeline, issues, and risks while overseeing tasks and projects
- Collaborate with software development teams to document and analyze business requirements
- Lead user-focused workshops and provide knowledge transfer and end-user training
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology, or related field
- Two (2) years of Project Management or Business Analyst experience
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with requirements gathering tools such as JIRA is a plus
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
