Junior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Project Manager and Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage requirements timeline, issues, and risks while overseeing tasks and projects
• Collaborate with software development teams to document and analyze business requirements
• Lead user-focused workshops and provide knowledge transfer and end-user training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology, or related field
• Two (2) years of Project Management or Business Analyst experience
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with requirements gathering tools such as JIRA is a plus
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
