Key Responsibilities
- Lead customers through the setup and implementation of the software
- Conduct training sessions and develop training materials tailored to customer needs
- Act as the primary contact during onboarding, providing support and ensuring customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or training roles (preferred)
- Proficiency in technology and software platforms; experience with similar tools is a plus
