Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to onboard and support customers in using their product.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding calls and train customers to use the product effectively
- Ensure completion of technical implementation and account set-up for new customers
- Create educational materials and document best practices for customer success
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role at an early-stage SaaS startup
- Familiarity with modern SaaS technologies such as Slack, Notion, Hubspot, and/or Salesforce
- Accounting/finance experience is preferred; interest in learning the space is required
- Passion for process improvement and increasing operational efficiencies
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a straightforward manner
