A company is looking for a CS Upgrade Specialist to assist existing customers with equipment upgrades and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from existing customers to provide troubleshooting assistance and offer equipment upgrades
- Educate customers on the value of products and services while maintaining sales performance metrics
- Ensure a high-quality customer service experience from sale to installation, while adhering to company policies
Required Qualifications
- Prior sales experience preferred but not required
- Proficient typing skills (35+ wpm) and familiarity with software and call scripts
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
- Must provide own compatible equipment, including a Windows 10 PC or laptop with at least 16 GB RAM
