Job Summary

A company is looking for an Upsell Expert to enhance client engagement and drive package upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high volume outbound calls to warm leads to upgrade packages and add-ons
• Inspire small businesses to utilize email and digital marketing solutions
• Achieve monthly conversion targets and quotas through value-based conversations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 1-2 years related experience in Sales
• Strong passion for helping small businesses succeed
• Experience with SMBs or small businesses is a plus
• Ability to understand and communicate business value in software solutions
• Preferred experience with CRM and office productivity platforms
