Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Social Worker.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide mental health assessments and therapeutic interventions for patients and families
• Coordinate with medical providers and facilitate follow-up care for patients
• Serve as a liaison for protective services and provide crisis intervention as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's Degree in Social Work required
• De-escalation certification required within 6 months
• Permanent LSW licensure required; LCSW licensure preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required
