Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate credentialing applications for accuracy and completeness, obtaining required verifications
- Communicate with healthcare providers to clarify questions and request missing information
- Review and process daily alerts for sanctions, exclusions, and provider status updates
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in a production or administrative role requiring self-direction and critical thinking
- Extensive experience using a computer, including internet research and Microsoft Office
- Experience with professional communication
- Preferred experience in the healthcare industry
