Job Summary
A company is looking for a Policy Escalation Admin to oversee complex policy research, corrections, and escalations in a remote part-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage and manage policy escalation requests, ensuring timely follow-up and communication
- Investigate and reconstruct missing or lost title insurance policies and endorsements
- Lead the correction, issuance, and invoicing of policy endorsements and amendments
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in title insurance policy production, lender services, or underwriting support
- Proficiency with major title production platforms and Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with ALTA, RESPA, CFPB guidelines, and state-specific policy forms
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Must meet state licensing requirements and pass a background check
