Job Summary
A company is looking for a Health Equity Access Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily calls to patients related to assigned projects
- Input patient interaction and referral data into Epic and track weekly metrics
- Provide daily reports to the Office of Health Equity and attend weekly meetings
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
- Less than one (1) year of job-related experience is preferred
