Information Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Security Engineer III to ensure the technological and digital security of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Administers security tools and processes, participates in audits, and implements risk mitigation solutions
• Identifies sensitive data exfiltration risks and maintains a Sensitive Data Catalog while developing process improvements
• Provides guidance on data protection methodologies and assists in the development of security policies and strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in systems engineering, networking, or information security -OR- High school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
• Knowledge of data security practices and risk management standards
• Familiarity with Active Directory, encryption technologies, and data loss prevention technologies
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts
• Ability to communicate risks and vulnerabilities identified during assessments
