Information Technology Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Technology Operations Lead to manage a team of IT Operations professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop team members and refine health scorecards for enterprise platforms
• Manage vulnerabilities and ensure SLA attainment for incident triage and requests
• Support L1/L2 operational support and partner with Engineering teams for new initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Over five years of operational experience in IT
• Experience leading a technical team
• Experience with Windows and Linux L1/L2 operations
• U.S. Citizenship required and must reside local to the Buffalo, NY area
