Infrastructure Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Analyst to support strategic operations related to provider scheduling and capacity management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead calibration of infrastructure, training tools, and workflows
• Manage updates to documentation and ensure alignment with best practices
• Collaborate with ambulatory practice leaders on scheduling functionalities and enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience required; Master's preferred
• 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in healthcare clinical operations
• Epic Certification preferred but not required
• Experience managing provider clinical schedules is a plus
• Familiarity with healthcare scheduling and Epic functionality
