Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach team members to ensure performance meets or exceeds client goals
- Monitor sales calls for compliance and provide training and support for team development
- Develop strategies for productivity improvement and manage client relationships effectively
Required Qualifications
- College degree required
- 2 to 5 years of inside sales and B2B territory/account management experience
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Familiarity with Sales Force and Microsoft Suite
- Inside pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
