• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing sales and sales leadership
• Demonstrated skills in coaching, mentoring, and professional development
• Proven ability to lead projects to successful outcomes
• Strong analytic skills for managing rep progression and pipeline
• Experience with dashboard management and reporting in Salesforce
