Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Sales & Experience Manager (Central).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop selling behaviors with Stylists and Client Advisors to enhance sales performance
- Lead and execute initiatives to drive brand connection and loyalty through client outreach and events
- Monitor and assess performance of store teams and individual Client Advisors to ensure high sales results
Required Qualifications
- Established client relations management abilities and experience
- Prior experience as a personal shopper or wardrobe assistant
- Prior luxury brand clienteling experience
- Strong communication and technical skills
- Ability to transfer knowledge in clienteling to others
