Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver learning and development programs across various business functions
- Conduct training needs analyses and recommend learning strategies that drive strong outcomes
- Evaluate the impact of learning solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 2 years of instructional design experience or 5+ years in a learning & development role
- Experience applying instructional design methodologies to create high-impact learning solutions
- Experience designing evaluation strategies to assess the efficacy of learning programs
- Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools, including Articulate 360
