Re-Entry Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Re-Entry Advisor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students interested in returning to school through various communication methods
• Maintain engagement with students while assessing their service level needs
• Meet and exceed quantitative and qualitative goals set for the role

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• One year customer service experience
