A company is looking for a Training Developer (HAM/SAM) to support the Department of Veterans Affairs in developing comprehensive training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement training content for a customized hardware and software asset management solution
- Engage with diverse audiences to ensure effective training content and operational efficiencies
- Maintain a training documentation repository and conduct audits for accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Training and Development, Education, Change Management, Marketing, or similar, with 5 years of relevant experience
- 8 years of additional relevant experience may substitute for education
- Experience in developing training programs for customized hardware and software asset management solutions
- Advanced understanding of MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and SharePoint
- Ability to work cross-functionally with team members and project managers
