Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain training courses and materials across various learning modalities
- Collaborate with clients and senior designers to define training design, objectives, and content
- Conduct meetings with subject matter experts for content validation and feedback incorporation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of instructional design experience
- 3+ years of experience developing training for the utility industry
- Strong knowledge of the ADDIE model and adult learning theory
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Articulate
- Experience in technical writing
