Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging training content and learning materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead instructional design initiatives and collaborate with teams to create training content
• Design and develop eLearning content and package it into learning modules
• Consult with subject matter experts to identify learning gaps and ensure content compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Adult Education, or Instructional Systems Design
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or video production, preferably in a software company
• Experience with multimedia authoring tools (e.g., Camtasia, Articulate, Adobe)
• Strong project management skills, including time management and task prioritization
• Familiarity with learning management systems and sales enablement platforms is preferred
