A company is looking for a Provider Education & Communications Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training and communication plans for network providers
- Manage the Provider Portal and oversee provider communications and training materials
- Coordinate external provider projects and support quality improvement initiatives within the provider network
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in training, communications, or provider relations
- 5+ years of experience in a network management-related role preferred
- Knowledge of mental health, developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
