Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training Specialist for New Business Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzes, designs, and creates new training modules using various instructional delivery methodologies
- Develops performance support tools and conducts refresher training to enhance associate knowledge and skills
- Consults with management and other business units to recommend strategies for improving associate performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Systems Design, Insurance, Business, Education, or a related field (Preferred)
- LUTCF, CLU, CFP, or ALMI designations preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a training and process development role
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and MS-Project
