A company is looking for a Client Training Specialist to lead training sessions for leasing teams during onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live, engaging training sessions for leasing agents on the Resident Benefits Package (RBP)
- Drive understanding and emotional buy-in for the platform among leasing teams
- Collaborate with various teams to standardize training content and support public-facing webinars
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Property Management and/or PropTech in a client-facing role
- 3+ years in a training, enablement, or onboarding capacity
- Metrics-driven mindset with an understanding of training's impact on adoption and revenue
- Strong collaboration skills across teams such as Implementation, Customer Success, and Marketing
- Experience leading virtual trainings for groups ranging from 3 to 300
