Key Responsibilities

• Deliver online lessons and facilitate classroom interactions for undergraduate and/or graduate students
• Evaluate and grade student assignments while providing effective feedback
• Engage in professional development and conduct scholarly research

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Leadership, Management, or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution
• Preferred college-level teaching experience
• Preferred online teaching experience
• Record of excellence in teaching
