Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subject Matter Expert in Psychology for Organizational Sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an academic dean to develop curricula for a Bachelor of Science program in Psychology for Organizational Sustainability
• Advise on program-level learning outcomes and course descriptions and sequences
• Create learner-focused materials to support program recruitment and marketing

Required Qualifications

• An advanced degree (Master's minimum) in organizational psychology, human resource management, or a related field
• Significant professional experience applying psychology principles to organizational and employee management
• Broad understanding of organizational psychology and current best practices
• Familiarity with skills and content knowledge for career advancement in organizational psychology
• Experience with online teaching and/or distance learners is desirable
