A company is looking for a Benefit Education Lead for the Southeast Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide segment-agnostic support for customer events and oversee coordination of these events
- Support benefit educators in hiring, onboarding, and coaching within a designated area
- Engage in customer engagement reporting and collaborate with various business partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health education, health administration, marketing, business, or a related field preferred
- Ability to obtain an insurance license if requested by management
- Proficient in Microsoft Programs and CRM systems, such as Salesforce.com
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multi-lingual skills are a plus
