A company is looking for a State Partnerships Director to lead and expand partnerships with school districts and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact with district leaders and HR teams to strengthen existing partnerships and cultivate new ones
- Collaborate with leadership to design funding models and support grant proposals for apprenticeship programs
- Identify opportunities for workforce innovation and align apprenticeship programs with district goals
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in K-12 education, workforce development, or strategic partnerships
- Strong understanding of school budgets and grant funding
- Experience working with school district leaders or HR departments is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable growth or expansion outcomes
- Exceptional planning and project management skills
