A company is looking for a Learner Success Advocate - AI Workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for learners, providing support via Slack, email, and Zoom
- Moderate weekly live sessions, managing logistics and learner engagement
- Track learner progress, intervene with at-risk learners, and maintain organized documentation
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer-facing, education, or coaching roles
- Solid knowledge of or strong interest in AI technologies, particularly prompt engineering
- Experience with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, LMS platforms, and CRM systems
- Ability to learn new tools and explain concepts clearly
- Confident working autonomously in a remote-first, fast-paced environment
