Key Responsibilities
- Directs and develops Dialysis Technical training programs for staff, including lesson plans and ongoing training
- Collaborates with various teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality improvement initiatives
- Tracks and reports on educational program data and recommends updates to technical policies and procedures
Required Qualifications and Education
- Associate's Degree or higher required
- National Biomedical Certification required within 18 months of hire
- Minimum of five years' experience in the Dialysis Field as a Technician
- 2-3 years of experience as a technical services trainer or educator preferred
- Successful completion of the Technical Education Program within 18 months of accepting the position
