Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Education Manager to oversee training programs for clinical and technical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directs and develops Dialysis Technical training programs for staff, including lesson plans and ongoing training
  • Collaborates with various teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality improvement initiatives
  • Tracks and reports on educational program data and recommends updates to technical policies and procedures
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Associate's Degree or higher required
  • National Biomedical Certification required within 18 months of hire
  • Minimum of five years' experience in the Dialysis Field as a Technician
  • 2-3 years of experience as a technical services trainer or educator preferred
  • Successful completion of the Technical Education Program within 18 months of accepting the position
