A company is looking for a Department Head for the Department of Leadership Innovation Studies (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the department, focusing on faculty success and curriculum improvement
• Deliver high-quality online instruction and foster a supportive learning environment for adult learners
• Collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to enhance student learning outcomes and oversee departmental operations

Required Qualifications

• Earned doctorate degree in a related discipline
• At least 3 years of graduate-level teaching experience
• Experience in academic leadership, including faculty development and curriculum oversight
• Qualitative or quantitative research experience beyond the degree
• Familiarity with best practices in teaching and learning, especially in virtual environments
