A company is looking for a Learning and Development Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the governance and optimization of the Claims Reference Library for performance support materials
- Design and develop instructional materials for various learning programs
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in P&C Claims preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Organizational Learning and Development or related technical experience
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Proficiency in authoring tools and LMS platforms
- Preferred certifications include APTD or CPTD
