Learning and Development Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the governance and optimization of the Claims Reference Library for performance support materials
• Design and develop instructional materials for various learning programs
• Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in P&C Claims preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Organizational Learning and Development or related technical experience
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Proficiency in authoring tools and LMS platforms
• Preferred certifications include APTD or CPTD
