Key Responsibilities
- Assess training needs and develop role-based curricula
- Facilitate training sessions and coordinate administrative functions for training delivery

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of training and development experience
- Documented ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training programs
- Experience delivering training in a virtual environment
- Knowledge of healthcare and/or medical billing and coding
- Familiarity with course development tools and Learning Management Systems
