Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with business stakeholders to understand and address their development needs
- Design and develop instructional materials and training programs across various modalities
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain learning assets aligned with organizational goals
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Learning/Organizational Development within large organizations
- 5 years of experience designing development programs and courses in multiple modalities
- Deep knowledge of instructional design strategies and learning assessment
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-output environment
- Experience in leadership development and coaching is desirable
