A company is looking for a Survey Project Manager for Alumni Surveys in Education (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Administer alumni surveys from onboarding to data delivery, serving as a strategic partner
- Guide institutions in interpreting survey data and planning actions based on insights
- Manage survey progress, ensure client schedules are met, and identify opportunities for program improvement
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in higher education administration, career services, or assessment
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with survey administration tools like Qualtrics or Alchemer
- Strong ability to use data for storytelling and decision-making
- Experience building trusted relationships with clients and understanding their needs
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain attention to detail
