A company is looking for a Manager of Diploma Services to oversee the Diploma Program and academic advisors for an online K-12 school.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Academic Advisors, ensuring exceptional service to families
- Assist in course planning and manage Advisor assignments and transitions
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to enhance advising services
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; advanced degree is highly desirable
- Three years' experience in an educational administrative role
- Minimum two years' experience as a teacher
- Conversant with and supportive of the Reformed faith and classical Christian education
- Understanding of curriculum, services, and graduation requirements of the school
